Terms of use

These terms cover use of the Think Meridian website and the visits arranged through it. They are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Last updated 21 September 2026.

Who you are dealing with

The official registered business name is Think Meridian, established in 2021. The reading room is at the address published on the contact page. Email hello@thinkmeridian.click. Phone 0616857404.

Acceptance

By sending an inquiry, paying a fee, or sitting a visit, you accept these terms and the refund note linked from the footer. If you are arranging a seat for another adult, you confirm you have their agreement to share their name and contact details with the room.

The visits

Think Meridian offers private shelf appointments, Saturday workshops, and commissioned collection briefs about Solana NFTs and digital collectibles. A visit is a reading session in Geumil-eup, or a written packet prepared there. Fees on the fees page are informational until the library confirms a time or a scope by email. Confirmation, and the transfer details that follow it, form the booking.

The sessions explain public records, vocabulary, and care. Choices about acquiring, holding, or parting with a collectible stay with the visitor. The desk does not ask for wallet keys or recovery phrases, and messages that contain them will be deleted and a fresh letter requested.

Conduct in the room

Visitors keep ink off the catalogues, leave phones in the tray during a workshop, and refrain from photographing another person’s notes. The room may end a visit that disrupts the table. In that case the refund note explains what is returned.

Readers under 19 attend with a parent or guardian. The parent books the seats and stays in the room.

Intellectual property

Shelf catalogues, interview transcripts, and clippings remain the property of their authors and publishers or of the library’s own files, as marked. You may take notes for personal study. You may keep the one-page reading list and the Saturday glossary given to you.

A collection brief is prepared for the commissioning reader. Think Meridian retains the working notes and the shelf marks. You may share the bound packet with the people named at intake, such as a relative or a studio colleague. Publishing the packet, or feeding it into a public corpus, needs written agreement from the room, because the packet quotes shelf material the library does not always have the right to redistribute.

Text and photographs on this website belong to Think Meridian unless a caption says otherwise. You may link to a page. Copying a full journal note or a fee table for a commercial page requires permission.

Liability

Reading lists and briefs are prepared with care from materials in the room and from public records checked on a stated day. Public records change. A pencil note always carries the date it was made, and that date limits how far the note can be relied on later.

Think Meridian is liable for direct loss caused by its failure to deliver a confirmed visit, up to the fees you paid for that visit. The library is not liable for ferry delays, for decisions you make after reading, for marketplace outcomes, or for hosts that stop serving an image after the day of the visit. Nothing in these terms limits liability that Korean law does not allow to be limited.

Website

The pages are provided as a way to read about the room and to send an inquiry. A form confirmation means the message was received by the inquiry endpoint. It is not yet a booking. Bookings exist when the library writes back with a time or a scope.

Changes

The room may update these terms by posting a new date on this page. A visit already confirmed keeps the terms that were posted on the day of confirmation, together with the refund note of that same day.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are brought in the courts of the Republic of Korea.
